We take pride in our products so we inspect all before it is sent out, any flaw in the fabric is as a characteristic of the fabric; we secure stitch the closing of our handsewn product. We welcome you to shop our store and we appreciate courteous clients but if you have a ligitimate issue with our product we will address it as best as we can; however we can only give credit to exchange for another product from our store upon which you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges; in some cases there may also be a restocking fee.
